Crowd Control is all about how to use psychology and persuasion "a la Kern" in order to get people to do what you want them to. Kern says that a lot of what he uses is self-taught, but he also operates from a few distinct schools of thought such as NAC/NLP, Joe Sugarman and Dr. Robert Cialdini's psychology of persuasion techniques.
