I have listened to The Big Moo though and it was... Remarkable ;)

		<description>Marj, have you read Seth Godin&#039;s books?  I love Seth and I believe that he gave away the Ideavirus book.  I think millions of people downloaded it for free and yet he still sold 200,000 copies.  He gave something away and made hundreds of thousands of dollars on it.  Brilliant.</description>

		<description>Julian, I hear you. When I coach sales people, the first thing they work on is changing their mindset from i-want-your-money mindset to that of how-can-I-serve-you-best mindset. It&#039;s amazing how as soon as the penny drops, their closing rate improve by 20% to 30%. And this is all just from treating their prospects as HUMAN BEINGS! 

If you remind yourself that your estate agent is probably under immense pressure right now (they get paid peanuts as basic salary &amp; the current economic crisis have hit estate agents hard) which is why she&#039;s acting DESPERATELY, perhaps it&#039;ll be easier to deal with her irritating behaviours? 

Congratulations about the house, though! :D</description>

		<description>I totally agree with you. I&#039;m in the middle of negotiating to buy a house at the moment and the sales person is doing a real textbook old school sales job on me. I&#039;m really tempted to walk away from the deal just because it&#039;s so irritating. I have to remind myself that buying the house is more important than walking away from the deal and seeing her lose her commission (but it&#039;s very tempting!)</description>
