		<description>Many great points in this article. I think that it is very easy to lose track of the amount of time that we spend looking at Social media. It is nothing for me to sit down to do a few different things and find that an hour later all i have done is visit Twitter, and Facebook, and read some blog posts.

Although doing just this is how i found this blog, so maybe it is a good thing sometimes. At other times it can be a distraction and mean you don&#039;t get things done that you really should have done.

Thanks for the tips and time to log out of twitter i think for the day.</description>
